My children have a Zhu Zhu Pet and Adeline has claimed it as hers. She just loves it. I actually think it is a great toys to help encourage gross motor and work on speech. This little hamster moves all over with the touch of a button, so we "push" and "go". We also talk about "under" a lot because he is always under the furniture.
I love the gross motor aspect also because it motivates Adeline to crawl, because she wants to chase it. I like her to be crawling sometimes to continue to build up her upper body strength.
This little guy is fun and very motivating!
