Today I pulled out our box of blocks and created a few activites for Adeline and Ian to work on. I recently found this big roll of paper at a yard sale, yeah great find. I created a patterning activity for Adeline and a fill in the shape for Ian.
Next, we used our blocks to do some color matching!
We had a lot of fun with some simple blocks!
I am curious...does she do a lot of this on her own, or do you have to do a lot of directing? Levi is not doing much of anything learning wise on his own, it is all directly directed. I did 'steal' your counting card idea (number at the top and then dots for how many at the bottom) and he is doing a decent job with those up to 3, and he is trying to say 1,2,3 but thats as far as we are right now...
